Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to receive the right part in good condition. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how refunds are handled.
1. Order cancellation
- Before the order is confirmed to the vendor: you may cancel for a full refund. Because we confirm to the vendor only after payment is verified, cancellations requested promptly are usually eligible for a full refund.
- After confirmation but before dispatch: cancellation may be subject to a restocking or handling charge if the vendor has already committed or allocated the part. We will inform you of any such charge before proceeding.
- After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled; a return may apply per Section 2.
To request a cancellation, contact abhishek.br@sparelab.co.in with your order number as early as possible.
2. Returns & replacements
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The part received is incorrect (does not match the confirmed order).
- The part is damaged, defective or not in working condition on arrival.
- The part materially differs from its description.
Conditions for a return:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number, a description, and photos/video of the item and packaging.
- The part must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with all seals, labels and accessories intact.
- Certain items — such as electrical parts, fluids/consumables, and special-order or custom-sourced parts — may be non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Any such exclusion will be noted on the quote/order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 3–5 business days of approval. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Where applicable, shipping charges may be non-refundable, except when the return is due to our or the vendor's error (wrong, damaged or defective part), in which case return shipping is covered.
4. Non-delivery or delays
If an order is not delivered within the committed timeline and cannot be fulfilled, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. How to raise a request
Email abhishek.br@sparelab.co.in with your order number and details. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them promptly.
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law.
