Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered, including timelines, charges and tracking.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is verified and the order is confirmed to the vendor. Processing time depends on part availability and sourcing — in-stock parts move faster than special-order or sourced items. The expected timeline is indicated on your quote or order confirmation.
2. Delivery timelines
- In-stock parts: typically dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
- Sourced / special-order parts: timelines vary and are communicated on the quote before you accept.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by location, courier performance, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown on the quote/order before payment. Charges depend on part size, weight and destination. Any applicable taxes are included as indicated.
4. Delivery coverage
We currently deliver across serviceable locations in India. Some remote or restricted areas may have limited availability or longer timelines; if we cannot service your location, we will inform you and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details (where available) by email and within the Platform so you can follow your shipment through to delivery.
6. Delivery issues
- Delays: if your order is running late, contact us and we will follow up with the courier or vendor.
- Damaged or incorrect items: please inspect your package on delivery and report any issue within 48 hours per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Failed delivery: if delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
